Charlie I had the pleasure of seeing you at the Mercantile in Tatamagouge last wknd. I was the one who asked you to play Hey Joe(aka along the watchtower lol) .It was pure coincidence that we were in tatamagouge at all. That was a great night you played a couple of my favorites (Deep dark canyon and Take me Down) and it is always cool to hear how they originated. Loved Turn the page and Into the Mystic but I gotta tell you Hey Joe was incredible especially how you kept it going with broken string and all! You are such a down to earth person and you are an amazing talent.Keep up the good work and I look forward to the next album. By the way I am a Johnny Lang fan....has anyone told you that you often sound like him? In the words of the dude who called himself Yogi sitting in front of me " that was flaaawless" lol

Just to let you know...The Trailside Cafe & Inn in PEI are selling tickets for August 28, 29. The owner there has decided to cancel the Wednesday night show on the 27. I know he will gladly honour your tickets for either the 28th or 29th. I apologize for the inconvenience.
I hope you can still make the show next week.
Cheers,
Charlie

Hey Charlie,

Rose and I booked our tickets (yet again) to catch ya at Trailside on the 27th. Used your tune for the wedding just like I said we would and it went over like crazy. Everybody loved it!

See ya soon,

Derek

P.S. Hopefully the amp at trailside won't be on the fritz again haha

Songs you can hear Charlie singing.
