Charlie is Running TNT?! What?! I just signed up for the Turkey Trot (thanks to peer pressure!). Kevin said it was okay with him. I think that means I really gotta get my act together on making the Thanksgiving food early. And will I be taking the double jog stroller? TBD!
We learned today that it's a national TNT rule that you can't wear headphones while you train. Um, sorry I'm gonna break that rule. Last time I did just one bud in, and today I did the same thing for just a little bit....
Charlie is Running TNT?! What?! My shoes got used this morning at the second all-team run. Lindsey was my running partner this time. My pedometer said we ran almost 5 miles, but the trail markings said 3 miles. I'm gonna be optimistic and say we did 4 1/2.
