The Big Deal Orange Story.
Andrew and I were greeted at the Orange conference by an Asian lady who in broken english asked if she could have a picture made with us. She communicated to us that their church uses The Big Deal videos from Rethink.
Where is your church we asked. Germany.. wait.
So I asked what is The BIg Deal is German....
She said I don't know it's an English speaking church. She said they love it when we shoot those pancakes out of cannons.. You mean moonpies..
So get God's humor in this. Two southern storytellers are used by an Asian Children's leader who tells the stories in broken english to German children. And they love the pancakes. ( moonpies
I love my job.

The Big Deal So the old truck has no radio... we thought this new Big Deal built, Orange Banjo would do the trick.
Gets real loud in the cab. Also the truck has no brakes so we can toss this out like an anchor, we are brilliant
If you have any old instruments in the closet collecting dust we will take them.

The Big Deal

The Big Deal Did you know there is a short devotion on the Website for Parents to continue the weekly stories at home with their kids... there is also a blog that Andrew and Michael write to connect those goofy contraptions to the real truths.

The Big Deal A truck, a rain maker contraption, a few dozen moonpies© several hundred pounds of air pressure, some volunteers to make the thing work, and a friendly audience that smiled after they got wet.
