Latest News!

Bullhead Entertainment had the distinct pleasure to travel across three continents to bring amazing stories and experiences to Chasing the Shadows. Festivals, castles and villages are a just a few of the places we visited.

The Emma Crawford Festival

In Manitou Springs, Colorado we explore the Emma Crawford Coffin Race festival. Before Emma Crawford died it was her wish to be buried on top of Red Mountain, but her coffin would not stay there for long. Her remains were discovered a few years later after a number of tumultuous rainstorms washed her coffin out of the mountain back down towards the town. Every October, a coffin race festival is held in commemoration of her.

Bardi Castle

Crossing the ocean to visit Italy, Chasing the Shadows explored the legendary medieval Bardi Castle and paid a visit to a research lab dedicated to the study of paranormal phenomena.

Benin, Africa

Continuing our search for the paranormal we headed to the birthplace of Voodoo, Benin, Africa. Our cameras captured sacred spiritual ceremonies, animal sacrifices, and possession rituals rarely seen in Western media.

Visit Chasing the Shadows to find out when and where you can see this new documentary!

Location: Benin, Africa:

As some of you may know, Bullhead Entertainment recently sent a crew to the birthplace of Voodoo located in Benin, Africa. Voodoo is one of the oldest and least understood ways in the world that people are attempting to communicate with the deceased. We wanted to see it firsthand. Our cameras captured sacred spiritual ceremonies, animal sacrifices, and possession rituals rarely seen in Western media.
Location: Croke Patterson Mansion:

Located in the capitol hill area of downtown Denver, the extremely haunted Croke Patterson Mansion has been featured in multiple publications and television programs including: "The Ghosts of Denver: Capitol Hill," by Phil Goodstein, the Home and Garden Network, and most recently on ABC's nationally televised program Scariest Places On Earth. It has been described as both "elegant" and "frightening." Unexplained sounds, office equipment turning on and off by itself, and two guard dogs mysteriously jumping to their death out of a third-story terrace window are among the many frightening occurrences that are said to have taken place here.

Location: The Belvidere Theatre:

Located in the heart of Central City, Colorado, the Belvidere Theatre is known to have its share of ghosts. Originally constructed in 1874, this historic theatre has been used as a bottling company, a recreation center, a National Guard base, and a Fire Station. It is now connected to what used to be the town's jail and an old saloon, which also served as a brothel. It is said to be the oldest theatres west of the Mississippi. Its floors have been walked on by the likes of Doc Holliday, Goldie Hawn, and George Segal, with the latter pair starring in the 1976 comedy western, The Duchess and Dirtwater Fox, which was filmed in the theatre.

It is a key hot spot for local ghost tours. Rumors of murder and a public hanging outside the theatre are said to have left the Belvidere permanently "occupied".
