Chasing the Shadows

I have had many encounters with spirits. When I was around 20 years old I lived in Indiana. The house I shared with my new husband had many strange things that would go on almost daily. The home was at least 70 years old. It was built on the foundation of a home that had burned down. I had doors that would open by theirself, scraping noise in the basement and cold spots that would move through the rooms. I had friends at the house at times when these things took place. I was told more than once I needed to move there was something in the house. I found out later that there had been four deaths in the house.



The most recent was in my present home in Iowa. I always did the hair of an older neighbor. I would go to her home pick her up and bring her to my house to do her hair. She didn't drive so she would count on others to take her to the doctor or store. I had know problem doing these things for her. About a week after she passed away she came to visit me. " Sandy?". It was so clear that I answered back and told her I'd be right there. I stopped and it came to me, Dorthy died, that can't be her. My dogs hair was standing on end and I just froze. After a few seconds I started going through the house yelling is anyone there? There was nothing. I guess she just wanted one more visit.

The girl at the dance. The young boy takes her home, she leaves her jacket in the car. He comes the next day and learns that the girl died years ago on the night of her prom.

He leaves the jacket on her grave; the next day, checking on it . . . it is gone. This is a small town and robbery is not possible (type of thing).
