The Ecstatic Soul Retreat at The Lodge Inn Cherryville on September 25, 26 and 27 will provide an opportunity to not only learn, but also to practice the tools that make it possible to create and deepen the mind - body - soul connection. Workshops will teach you to use sound and movement to awaken the body and soul dynamic. Meditation, trance and divination will stimulate the mind. And together we will discover practical tools for deep spiritual discovery. Biodanza is a combination of music, expression and emotion that enables us to express our inner selves through movement. The exercises nourish and stimulate our healthy sides and encourage an intense zest for living. Biodanza increases self-confidence and self-esteem. The heart opens up and melancholy, shyness and loneliness disappear to make way for joy and passion in your life.

Were excited to announce the next
Extraordinary Wellness Festival

We had a successful warm up event in March, and this festival will be even bigger!

There will be dozens of fascinating presentations on wellness related topics, with teachers and presenters offering their information and wisdom.

There is also live entertai...nment each night, with a fire-drum circle on Friday night led by the wonderful Fleury family. Saturday night concert with some very talented local performers.

There will be fun for the whole family, including special kid’s events and a 100-mile dinner on Sunday night.
