Being credited as one of the best new bands ...to come out of SXSW and tipped for BIG things in 2010 by the like of Zane Lowe be sure to catch them on their first trip in an intimate venue.
Support comes from the ever excellent Peggy Sue and from Chess Club newcomers Kurran & The Wolfnotes.
Entry to this event gets you cheap entry into the official after-show party at the Wonky Pop club night at PUNK where Yes Giantess will be playing live!

Local Natives single launch for 'Sun Hands'

At this year's Glastonbury Festival we’re teaming up with Mi7 to curate the music stage for Greenpeace in the Green Fields Area. The main theme for Greenpeace this year will be "Aeroplot" which is the campaign for No Third Runway at Heathrow Airport. Complete with Airplane seating, the indoor marquee will have space f...or around 200 people with an emphasis on a relaxed ambience in which to enjoy acoustic performances from a line-up that will be packed full of surprises.
Our tent wouldn’t be part of the official listings (ie. In the program) and so all sets have a ‘secret’ feel to them which makes them more special to those who find out about them. There will be a big notice board in the Greenpeace field which each day will displays set times.
Last year saw great sets from Mumford and Sons, Johnny Flynn, Golden Silvers, and even an accapella from Florence and the Machine. This year we’re looking to provide many more "Glastonbury Moments" by booking the best acts in the acoustic/folk genre.
