The 6th annual Crag Clean-up Day at Crazy Horse was an AMAZING success. Our team of 50+ volunteers represented the whole spectrum of the Chiang Mai climbing community. Climbers, locals, and travelers from all over the world. Ages 8 to 71. Climbing experience from one week to 29 years. We made huge progress terraci...ng the base of Crazy Horse Buttress, we could take our grandmothers walking on the approach trails, and we probably won't see ma moui at Buddha Buttress for another 10 years. HUGE THANKS to everyone who helped us give back to the crag that gives so much to us year-round.Read More

Chiang Mai Rock Climbing Adventures
For the last three days we've had the pleasure of playing around on a international-competition-quality bouldering wall at the Northern Eco & Adventure Travel Exposition just outside of Chiang Mai. Outside in the shadow of jungle-covered foothills, we held open climbing hours all day long, marketed a huge variety of c...ourses and equiptment, performed rescue and caving demonstrations, and hosted two awesome competitions. Over 100 fiesty local kids showed up for the youth competition - a great sign for CMRCA's goal of organizing a Chiang Mai youth climbing team! Thanks to everyone who came by to support adventure tourism in Northern Thailand, and congrats to everyone who participated in the comps!Read More
