AISC is happy to annouce a photo contest for the SteelDay 2009!

This student photo contest running from now until . A contest submission consists of a completed application form; a set of 3 photographs which together best pictorially demonstrate the combination of structural steel and the theme "Interact. Learn. Build." and signed release form. The winning series will be published in Modern Steel Construction magazine. The winner will be announced on SteelDay, September 18, 20. SteelDay 2009 is a new opportunity for networking among members of the design, construction, and structural steel industry nationwide.

SteelDay is an interactive day with the structural steel industry. Steel fabricators, mills, service centers and others in the industry will open their facilities, jobsites, and offices, offering tours and inviting the AEC community and general public to see how we contribute to building America.
