Oh no my friend, it is all too real! Cannibal Women is not only excellent because it has my favorite actress Karen Mistal, along with Bill Maher and Playboy's own Shannon Tweed... but also because it is a hilarious parody of Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness". And plus, Adrienne Barbeau!
