According to the FDA, about 75% of our total salt intake comes from salt added to processed foods and restaurant foods. High levels of sodium can contribute to high blood pressure. This is a good reminder to keep an eye on the sodium... levels found on the "nutrition facts" label of packaged food.

This past weekend, I watched football with my husband, while multi-tasking during commercial breaks. Like most, I rarely watch commercials unless it’s during the Super Bowl.
