Bahar Thanks for the great 1st night run. I am glad I joined this group!!

Elizabeth Fine Great run this morning! Thanks for adding the Wednesday morning runs for those of us who can't get out of work in time to make the Wednesday evening group runs.

Diane Link Kudos to the CESer that helped the cyclist today that was doored on Wells. She stopped to help him, called for help, and then rode with him to the hospital. I don't know her name but we recognized each other from CES. She really went out of her way to help this poor man.

Liz When they're not lecturing us about hydration or telling us to do another lap around the baseball fields, our coaches are, quite literally, flying around Chicago like superheros...complete with spandex!

Timothy Cerveny I became of fan of this group and wanted to find out who I can learn more from. I was once 360lb powerlifter, now almost down 100lbs from changing my goals up for new and exciting things, I would like to participate in the 2010 Chicago Triathlon and along the way do 5ks (signed up for two already), 10k's and a half-ma...rathon before that time comes. I was told to search for a club, for many reasons (all which made complete sense) and found this one online. Any advice would be most appreciated!!!
