Discussion & Signing for “Immunity” Borders, 150 N State St. (312) 606-0750
Taking a break from decoding the genetic sequence of a tropical disease, Alex investigates the case of a DEA agent who died a gruesome and unexplained death on a Mob stakeout. Is it a naturally occurring epidemic—or has a lethal bioweapon been r...eleased in the United States? With the nation’s attention focused on a provocative presidential race, Alex’s attempts to warn Homeland Security fail. Only with the help of a rogue DEA agent and a smack-talking supercomputer will Alex stand a chance of putting an end to the devastation. As the plague spreads, public hysteria mounts. Then, while feverishly working to decode its source, Alex unwittingly exposes herself to the disease.

The U.S. Supreme Court recently handed down its first ruling in nearly 70 years on the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms.
But what does the decision mean for gun owners across the country? What are the implications for cities with strict gun-control regulations such as Chicago, Oak Park, and San Francisco?
Chicago...-Kent College of Law , Heartland Institute, and Independent Institute have organized this policy forum where these timely issues will be discussed by Stephen Halbrook, who represented more than 300 members of Congress in the recent Supreme Court case, and Chicago-Kent Distinguished Professor of Law Sheldon Nahmod.
The program begins at 3:00 p.m., with a reception at 4:00 p.m.
Dr. Halbrook will be available to autograph copies of his new book, The Founders' Second Amendment.
Time:3:00PM Wednesday, September 10th
Location:Auditorium
