L.H. Selman Ltd. Now, it would be misleading of me not to point out that the name was not actually chosen in my honor, and that it was chosen even before we all joined forces at L.H. Selman. Nevertheless, my obviously insatiable ego reasons that by the time Alexis Marie arrived, Mitch had spent most of the pregnancy working in very cl...ose quarters with me and at least I didn’t cause him to go sour on his original resolve.
L.H. Selman Ltd. Mitch and Colleen kept the name completely secret during the entire pregnancy. As a joke, I began referring to the baby as Alexina, implying that they should name her in my honor. Soon everyone was referring to the awaited package as Alexina. Mitch and Colleen must have had to stifle many giggles listening to all the nonsense; the secret name was Alexis Marie.
L.H. Selman Ltd. You all know by now, I hope, that Mitch and Colleen Clark have a new little girl, born on March 25th. She is perfect and Colleen her usual radiant self. Mitch is positively aglow and aflutter and agog at his beautiful creation whose looks he always generously attributes to his beautiful wife, though I’m quite sure I ...see a touch of Clark nose. I can’t wait to tell you about her name ….
L.H. Selman Ltd. Mitch and Ben will be in Wheaton from May 13th through the 15th for the 2010 Paperweight Fest, presented by Wheaton Arts and the Delaware Valley PCA. So, if you spot them in the crowd, two young Clark brothers with easy smiles and lots of enthusiasm, please approach, grab a hand and start shaking it until you rattle a name out of its owner.
L.H. Selman Ltd. A charming customer of ours, Dr. Karl-Hans Knudsen of Germany, tells us that a significant portion of his very large paperweight collection will be on display at the Glass Museum Hentrich in Düsseldorf from the beginning of May until the end of summer. Among many other wonderful treasures, I believe the collection is very heavily represented by French antiques.
L.H. Selman Ltd. Suzanne leaves today for Buenos Aires! She'll be just as available to you as always, but I believe she'll be dressed in things like thongs and sarongs and fruit basket headware. Should you experience difficulty with her enunciation on the telephone, try asking her to remove the rose from between her teeth.

Ben is fettered to the photography studio from which he is only released for the occasional sandwich, and Mitch and I spend our days checking and double checking spreadsheets for grammatical errors and description imprecisions. As free-roaming agents, we h...ave sandwiches whenever we want. Do you all have your catalog subscriptions updated?
