Rasaka Theatre Company invites you to celebrate the launch of the nation's first South Asian short play festival! "culture/clash: three plays about the South Asian diaspora" runs at Strawdog Theatre from August 13 to September 6; we'd love to tell you all about it, preferably over a drink (or two).
We'll be in the back ...room of T's Bar from about 8 pm to midnight on Thursday, July 2; NO COVER; great food and drink specials; other fun surprises! Rasaka gets 10% of the bar tab that night, so please tell your friends to come out and support live theater in Chicago!
"culture/clash" consists of three new plays by Anita Chandwaney, Angeli Primlani and Pushkar Sharma. Directed by Lavina Jadhwani and featuring Nadia Anwar, Anand Bhatia, Amrita Dhaliwal, Jordan Kohl, Vincent P. Mahler and Amira Sabbagh. The production team includes Matt Buettner, Christine Ferriter, Kathy Mountz and Christopher Pazdernik.
