Chicago Public Art Group Please also join us Saturday 9/19 at 10:00 AM for the dedication of the mural at 47th Street and Lake Park Ave. This project led by CPAG artists John Weber and Carolyn Elaine is a beautiful tribute to Hyde Park/Kenwood and it's residents. Seven youth artist apprentices worked on the project all summer long.
Chicago Public Art Group Join us Friday morning for the opening of Jesse Owens Park. at 2032 E. 88th Street. The Opening is at 10:30am. Julia Sowles produced Olympic inspired Mosiac pieces for this park, including entry columns and a medals stand.

Chicago Public Art Group Join us for the opening of the renovated Jesse Owens Park Fri. 9/18 at 10:30AM. This Olympic themed park boasts mosaic columns and a medals stand created by Julia Sowles This project with the Chicago Park District was fully funded through a partnership of Allstate, Inc., the Allstate Foundation and the USOC.
