CAE's Silver Anniversary begins with a gift exchange from us to you! Last season we invited our audiences to vote for their favorite pieces and many of you returned ballots full of outstanding choral music. As the celebration of our first twenty-five years commences, we will survey many of your choices, including mus...ic of Palestrina, Verdi, Lauridsen, Dickau, Whitacre, and others. Also we'll premiere a work by Kentaro Sato, winner of our first ever Commissioning Contest.Read More

Brynn Culloton Did anyone else see that KTTC put footage of the Community Sing into one of their commericals? Tom Overlie comes on at the end and says, "When the community sings, KTTC is there." Eleanor commented to me that her dad was on TV. Funny!

Choral Arts Ensemble Better late than never--here are some photos from our inaugural Community Sing on July 7. A big thank you to all the musicians, both singers and orchestra members, who joined us for this fabulous evening.

Elaine Case The community sing was an amazing event. 200 singers who practices for only one and a half hours. Who would have thought that we could have produced something as beautiful as what happened that night! Michael is a genius and I'm so pleased that he shared his talents. Great job!

Choral Arts Ensemble is still a-buzz from the fun show last night. We knew our fellow singers were talented, but wow!

Choral Arts Ensemble Singer Showcase tonight--come see the singers of CAE break out of their chorister mode for one evening--jazz, opera, bluegrass, classical and more! Free admission at First Presbyterian Church (512 3rd St. SW), 7:30 pm.

Teresa Thompson I love your Facebook page! Thank you for keeping me updated about your wonderful events!
