Maybe you've heard, maybe you haven't...
We're sorry to say it... but this Friday at Maxwell's will be our final show.
If not forever, then at least for a while, and if at all, probably in a different form. The truth is, we just don't know right now and the last thing we want to do is to disappear into oblivion without a...t least giving it one last go.
We're bummed about it, but want to make this an awesome show, one to remember: a celebration not a funeral. And we hope you'll all be there to share it with us, sing it with us, dance with us, and sweat it out with us.

Hey guys, This is kind of hard to write, because due to some circumstances beyond our control, we have decided that The Woods are going to go on an indefinite hiatus. This was definitely unexpected and we're really bummed because we had been working on new songs this past summer that we were VERY excited to play for yo...u.
Regardless of this news, I want you all to know...Dustin, Al and I fully intend to keep working on music and recording together in some form. We look forward to a future with a clean slate and the opportunity to produce and distribute new music to you all through whatever vessel we end up choosing. In many ways it's reminiscent of the first time the three of us gathered during the winter of 2003 at a New Brunswick bar and discussed ideas, music, and what we wanted to do with this project we were so excited to begin working on. So stay with us, as always your support means everything!
In the meantime, we have one more show to say goodbye: October 23rd at Maxwell's in Hoboken for the CMJ Music Festival. Tickets are on sale NOW and will definitely sell out...so grab them ASAP.

I can't begin to thank you for the amazing amount of support you have given my music and this band, it's been an awesome 5+ year ride. We have played amazing shows, met great people and done things that we never could have imagined with our music. We still believe in the music and we love seeing you guys all the time, and we don't intend on disappearing, so stay in touch and we'll see you all very soon.
