Ali Alugaily It would also be nice to see you in a greater leadership role for this team from here on out. You are a veteran now, are loved by us fans, are not afraid to express yourself (via your blog for example), and are respected by your peers/coaches on the Redskins and around the NFL. The glue that this offensive unit needs... (besides the coaches of course) is a player such as yourself to man up at times and speak your mind. Only then will we look like we are passionate on the field, win, loose, or draw.....
Ali Alugaily Chris, that was a VERY poor excuse you just gave on Sirius radio for JC not being a good leader. So now just because the front office in the off season didn't support him that made him feel like less of a leader in front of you guys? Come on Chris! Excuses, excuses! As a starting QB in the NFL, he was leading the t...eam in battle every week during practice and in games. He SHOULD BE the leader of the offensive unit as defined by the position he plays PERIOD! If it's "not in his nature" to be a leader he should not be a QB in the NFC East, heck in the NFL for that matter.
