If we don't vote for the independent guy we'll never get out of this vicious cycle of a false choice between D and R, who are in it together, playing both sides against the ever-growing middle. D & R are moving farther and farther towards their respective extremes, representing fewer and fewer normal* people.

If you did vote for the independent guy you wouldn't get out of "this vicious cycle", it shouldn't be about the party but the politicians values and views on the issues, your comments are exactly part of the problem only you're choosing a 3rd party choice which just makes that vicious cycle a little bigger.

This is fantastic. When I joined the day before yesterday, there were only about 3,300 people. That's over 60K in less than two days.
