WHEREAS, Christian individuals and families are called on to reach out to our Christian brothers and sisters in Fellowship and Love, supporting and exhorting each other in Christ; and
WHEREAS, Christian individuals and families are called on to love and reach out to the lost and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ; and
WHEREAS, It is the function of the Christian individual, family and Church to care for the widows and orphans, visit the sick and imprisoned, speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, defend the rights of all who are destitute, poor and needy, seek justice, encourage the oppressed, defend he fatherless, and plead the cause of the widow.

BE IT RESOLVED, That this organization will fulfill this responsibility by coming along side of established local Christian Churches and assist and support them in their ministry and missions by providing resources and services, and by assisting local churches in their ministry to families of Indian and Mexican heritage, and by assisting and supporting families of Indian heritage and in the defense of their civil and parental rights.
PURPOSE:
1. To encourage preaching, teaching and fostering of the growth of the Christian Faith in all places, near and far; and to encourage the work of evangelism;
2. To provide for and participate in God's ministry to the Churches and the Christian community by all means of communication, whether verbal, written, musical, visual, or drama.
3. To support and assist missionary work in all places, including, but not limited to, evangelism, education, food or clothing relief, crisis and home shelters, and nursing care ministries.
4. To support and encourage individuals and families in their Christian walk and assist them in finding a Christian Church among those in the community to which they can join and find fellowship and growth.
5. To support and encourage prayerful volunteerism in local church ministries.
6. To combat alcoholism, drug addiction, sexual abuse, child abuse and child neglect.
7. To promote human rights for all Americans.
8. To seek Justice and defend the cause of those in need, and educate the public about Indian rights, laws, and issues.
9. To encourage accountability of governments to families with Indian heritage.
10. To collect, solicit and accept funds, gifts and other subscriptions; to hold in trust, use, donate, mortgage, lease, sell, or otherwise acquire or dispose of property, real or chattel, in keeping with the recited purposes of this ministry, and it shall have and exercise all powers that are necessary or convenient to affect any and all of the purposes for which this ministry is organized.
11. To maintain vehicles for travel, ministry buildings, business offices, and other assets as are deemed necessary, and to organize and promote such activities as deemed necessary for the upkeep and continuance of said vehicles, buildings, facilities and assets.
