That will encourage more international momentum in building their renewable capacity whilst making energy cheaper domestically for Australians because of the sudden glut of supply. When coal season- like fishing season- is back in, a price rise can be justified on Australian coal exports.
After a while, it would get to a point where countries would really want to buy Aussie coal and increased demand increases the price. Gradually rising prices create capital for Australia to gradually switch to Solar.
