WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 --The U.S. Conference of Mayors, Novelis Inc. and Keep America Beautiful announced that Cincinnati, Ohio is the winner of the first Cans for Cash: American Recycler Video Award. The city of Cincinnati will receive a grand prize of $5,000 to enhance local recycling efforts.
