Through CCD's Summer Youth Employment program, youth were paid to do creative, constructive work to beautify the neighborhood. According to the Urban Youth Initiatives, it was a great way to address gang grafitti, beautify the neighborhood, allow businesses to commission art and to channel the talents of our youth.
