City of Florence, Kentucky Kick off your Christmas celebrations tonight with the City of Florence at our annual Christmas tree lighting event at 6:00 p.m. at the Florence Government Center. Activities will include pictures with Santa, sleigh rides to view light displays, trees decorated by students from schools in Florence, and Christmas music by the Florence Community Band and Chorus.
