City of Philadelphia The Philly Counts! Campaign raises awareness about the 2010 Census and encourages all Philadelphians to participate in the count by filling out the simple, 10-question Census questionnaire and return it. Mayor Nutter signed an executive order during the event that underscores immigrants’ rights to city services and makes clear they won’t be asked about their immigration status by city employees, including police.

That sounds like a great idea! However, I do believe that some colleges in the Philly area need to increase their rankings a bit. If Philly wants to be a true college-friendly city (it has the potential of doing so), its colleges need to open up, attract more applications and students and have more competitive schools. We can't just rely on UPenn forever.
