Clear Lake Community School District We need volunteer parents of the Junior Class to come and help plan the after-prom party decorating. We already have the decorating idea and plan to breakdown the volunteers into mini-decorating groups. This is a way to meet other parents and participate in your child’s special high school night.

H1N1 Clinic for non high risk students scheduled Friday Dec. 4th
This clinic will be for all students who previously turned in a consent form for the H1N1 vaccine. This will not include those students who were already vaccinated at our high risk clinic last week. Elementary students will be receiving the mist and Mid...dle School and High School students will be receiving a shot. The clinic will begin at 8:30 at Clear Creek Elementary and progress to the MS/HS in the afternoon. Public health nurses will be administering the vaccine.
Students under 10 years of age need to receive a second dose of H1N1 vaccine four weeks after the first dose. We will be scheduling the clinic for the second dose at a date yet to be determined. In the near future, a small record of immunization card will be sent home with each student to give their parents.
