Sedge ended their campaign on a sour note, but still with plenty to be optimistic about, as they went down 2-1 to Shirebrook Town. With fourth place cemented, manager Steve Newton gave some of his youngsters the chance to impress which they certainly did. 

By Richard Hands  Sedge bowed out for this season at the Clayborn by getting back to winning ways, with a less than comfortable 2-0 win over Brodsworth Welfare. Liversedge were forced to sustain a second half onslaught until Joe Hewitt finished the game by scoring in injury time.

By Richard Hands  Sedge were crushed by the divisions runaway leaders Winterton Rangers in a thoroughly entertaining 5-2 loss at the Clayborn. The score line did flatter the visitors but the clinical finishing on show justified their top of the table position. 

By Richard Hands Sedge were outplayed by an in-form Nostell Miners Welfare as they surrendered a 3-1 loss, and it could have been worse. The Clayborners were second best all game as their target of a second place finish took a huge blow. 

By Richard Hands  Sedge returned to the Clayborn for the first time as Presidents cup champions and put in a champions performance to match as they outclassed Long Eaton to win 3-0. Star midfielder Nicky Boshells quality shone through as he created one goal and scored two himself.
