Mark Gianetta They just finished upgrading the intersection of W150th and Brookpark Road on the West Side. They made it wider, improved the drainage under the railroad bridge, repaved and changed the stoplights...now they're tearing it up again to repace sewer lines??? Who is in charge of this garbage anyway? I guess we get to pay t...o re-do it over and over again until they get it right??
