I heard about this resource by listening to NPR (90.3 FM) this morning. Procon.org is a great resource and can be used in conjunction with SIRS (ON Campus LINK) and Issues and Controversies.
National Geographic, which we have in print on the library's 4th floor, has an excellent website as well. Visit http://www.ngm.com from any computer. Of particular note in the new issue is this video on turtles because the photographer "slept on a beach for two weeks" to take the photos...
