PaulSee More

Indeed ... it all comes down to turning small success formula's into new habits. That is why lots of tradional training missed its efficacy ... the training deparement of our Belgian Mobile phone operator proximus once did a study with thei...r sales people ... all the "missing skills" had been trained on average more than 5 times in a training by each of their salesmen .... and still they did not apply it in reality ... why? because skills had never been turned into habits. This reasearch, now more than a decade ago, shows how critical habit-building is in developing human behaviour. Paul KoeckSee More

I can realy recommend all of you to do this video-guided exercice. it is actually an excerpt taken from our free program, where my colleague guides you through thinking differently about what you desire to live a happy life ... and he helps... you feel a taste of how it would be to reactive this in your actual life again ... but one advise ... close the door while you do this exercice so that no one can distract you from the experience. Eventually do this same video-guided exercice again in a month from now and compare how having done it before affects you...See More
