Coconut Bliss Working on holiday meal plans, just got an email from a customer with a pumpkin & Vanilla Coconut Bliss mousse... "I made a most impressive Pumpkin mousse with vanilla island and canned pumpkin. I added some cinnamon, allspice & mesquite powder...wowzers, I served it with some ginger snaps and wowed my guests" I'm gon...na try my hand at that mousse, what is on your holiday meal list?

I wanted to give a large shout out to everyone who came to the Eugene A Night of Bliss Benefit, we had a great turn out, scooped lots of ice cream, & did a lot of good for the community.
I would love to hear from some of you who hosted A Night of Bliss parties, I'm sure they were a huge success with lot's of happy tummi...es :)
