Peloton/Oskar blues: Oskar Blues Old Chub Vintage Criterium
A touch of fun for everyone who would like to take on the 1 mile nationals criterium course. Old Town Fun with Oskar Blues and Peloton Cycles, all bicycles must comply with current Oskar Blues technical regulations. During intermission right before the Division 1 Men's clash head to head the Vintage Criterium goes off. The regulations are simple single speed bikes 20+ years in age a costume and you are ready. All bikes must meet a safety inspection, participants must wear appropriate cycling protective equipment. All proceeds go to help build bikes for Ghana:Fort Collins’ own Fort Collins Bike Coop is working on sending bicycles to Ghana. You can learn more about their direct involvement at Bike CO-OP Ghana
USA Cycling Collegiate Road Race
Don't miss the action as the racers crank across the Colorado mountains as day one's road race sets the pace for the weekends 600 bike racers from around the nation gather for the 2009 road championship.

This unique loop course allows the spectators to watch the start/finish of the race as well see and enjoy the best action of the loop in Masonville.. Racers will begin their race from the CSU Hughes Stadium; under a controlled start, proceed to the east through gate #2 and ride north on Overland Trail; Turn west on Bingham Hill Road; Turn left onto Centennial Road over the Horsetooth damns to County Road 38; Turn west onto County Road 38 to CR 24E (N. Glade RD) turn south on CR 24E (Glade Rd.) to CR 24H turn west on 24H to N. 27H(Buckhorn RD) to Masonville turn east on CR 38 to either 24E (Glad RD) for remainder of the race loop or back to Centennial Dr. via CR 38, turn north onto Centennial Drive, continue north on Centennial Road to Stadium Hill Road; turn right on Stadium Hill RD to Overland Trail; turn north 100 meters to Hughes Stadium gate #2; turn west at gate #2 to the start/finish line.
Criterium
On Saturday, May 9 the racing begins as the best collegiate racers in the country compete in the Old Town Criterium. This unique course provides all spectators an opportunity to watch this exciting race from several vantage points. There are many opportunities for fans to see several parts of the race without having to change position. Racers will begin their race from a Start / Finish point on S. Howes St. Racers will proceed north on S. Howes St. .7 block to Mountain ave. Racers will turn left on to Mountain ave. for 1 block, Racers will turn left onto S. Meldrum Ave. for 2 blocks, Racers will turn right on to W. Olive for 1 block, Racers will turn left onto S. Sherwood ave. for 1 block, racers with then turn left on W. Magnolia St. for 1 block, racers will turn left onto S. Meldrum Ave. 1 block, Racers will turn right onto W. Olive St. for 1 block, Racers will turn left onto S. Howes St. 1.3 blocks to /finish.
USA Cycling Collegiate Team Time Trial
On Sunday, May 10 the weekend concludes with the teams battling it out for the Team Time Trial Win. Racers will have a super fast course with the rocky mountains as the backdrop. Spectators will be able to watch the start of the race as well see the finish at the same location. Racers begin by heading south on CR 9 road approximately 1 mile to Owl Canyon turn west on Owl Canyon to Terry Lake Road, turn north on Terry Lake Road to Buckhorn Canyon turn east on Buckhorn Canyon(County Rd 82) to CR 9 turn south on CR 9 for 5 miles to finish.
