The Winter Distance Series is a series of three running races held at Chatfield State Park in Littleton, CO. There are options to run three different variations of the complete series. Runners can also opt to register for each race separately.

The City of Northglenn is starting a cross country program for ages 6-14. The program is part of CARA (Colorado Association Recreational Athletics) and the team competes against other agencies in the Denver Metro area and Fort Collins. Distances are 1k-5k depending on the age of the child.
