Richland County Public Library Two RCPL Branches to Undergo Maintenance. RCPL’s St. Andrews Regional Branch will be closed Tuesday, December 1 through Sunday, December 6 for carpet replacement. The Sandhills Branch will close from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1 so that shelving can be reconfigured. We apologize for any inconvenience these closings may cause.

Richland County Public Library More than 150 people joined the Friends of RCPL for Pinot and the Parks, a discussion of Beautiful Places: The Timeless Beauty of South Carolina State Parks. Guests enjoyed pinot and hot cider at this special event, featuring photographer jon o. hollowayhistory author Cal Harrison and South Carolina Naturalist Rudy Ma...ncke. The program was a partnership between the Friends, the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, and the Beautiful Places Alliance.
