Ride On Bikes IMPORTANT!! Hey everyone, there is a debate on the Rails to Trails project that we need your help on. As of right now, there will be a law passed that the trail can only be used from dusk till dawn. At this time of the year, Dusk is before 6pm. This cuts out most people riding the trail after work and most definite...ly cuts out any CSU students riding home from their class that gets out at 7:15. As Columbus citizens, we have paid $12.5 million to build this trail, and it is about to be against the law for us to use it except on the weekends. This matter will be voted on Tuesday the 15th at 9am at the City Council meeting at the Government center. The Ride On Bikes staff will be there and we hope you will support the cause as well. As of January 2009, the City Council meeting schedule has changed. There is a proclamation meeting held on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM and the Regular Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, respectively. ...

Ride On Bikes The Red Nose Run is January 9, 2010. If you haven't done so, PLEASE register. Its a FREE Half and Marathon, but the race directors need an approx number of people planning on attending.This run is being put on by our own local Columbus Road Runners, so if you are not planning on running but would still like to help o...ut, they are looking for volunteers and bike marshalls. Let's help support the athletic community!
