We saw
how Ondoy's trail of fury ravaged the entire Metro Manila and left
families and communities unprepared. According to PAGASA, there are
more tropical storms to come this year. This timely discussion will
tackle practical steps and mitigating procedures that will equip
communities, socio-civic organizations, students and church based
organizations, pro-actively towards disaster risk reduction.
