Get involved in Time Banking and for every hour you spend helping someone else, you’ll get an hour’s help with something you like in return.

Never mind qualifications or abilities, everyone’s got something useful to offer, from dog-walking to mowing a neighbour’s lawn.

To help you get started, here are some examples of the types of things you can post to help you win a an iPod Touch!

Example 1 - I can teach the guitar, in return I would like driving lessons
Example 2 - I will mow someone's lawn in return for everyday DIY skills. (putting up shelfs, making Ikea furniture!)
Example 3 - I will offer my plumbing services in return for someone teaching me how to use Facebook properly!!
