The Adult workout is first at 10:30am
Juniors will start at 11:15am.
Charlotte will provide the main dishes for the cookout. Lake Norman will bring desserts.
Concord is to bring side dishes (beans, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, potato salad, corn on the cob, etc)
