Horry Independent Norbert Ryan, an eighth grade social studies teacher at St. James Middle school, was arrested yesterday for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor. He is currently in custody at the J. Rueben Long Detention Center. School officials say they are doing an investigation on the matter. Check back for details.
