Fontpartners are pleased to announce news about the coming year, 2010:
First and foremost, our new exhibition at The Danish Royal Library (The Black Diamond) 29.03 - 22.05. 2010.
Preliminary title: LETTERS (SKRIFT) by Ole Søndergaard and Morten Rostgaard Olsen, Fontpartners.

The exhibition "LETTERS" desc...ribing the Latin alphabets development, and illustrates how a new font becomes: A process from the first imaginative sketch to the finished typeface on up to several thousand characters. A large, demanding work, which here will be illustrated in a readily available form.
Our letters are probably the finest tool we own, and is the tool that has had greatest impact on our civilization. Although the alphabet up through time has retained its basic form, the changing style periods influenced literally the graphical look and make it to this day.
An exhibition on this subject is therefore always current.
Typographica.org have for the second year in a row, selected one of our fonts as most notable typefaces. Now, FP Head Pro has been chosen for 08. Thanks to the Team!
This beautiful, old building in central Copenhagen is the resident of one of the largest trade unions in Denmark: Fag og Arbejde (Trade and Labour). One of our fans sent us this picture with FP Head Pro, which adorn the façade ;-) Got a picture with one or several of our typefaces in use?...
