Coppell Farmer's Market While we take our winter hiatus (just until Jan 16 of course) we'd like to take this time to invite you to tell us how we can improve the market. What could make it a better experience, what other vendors you'd like to see, what you like best and least. We'd love to hear from you!

I would love to be able to share recipes with other shoppers. What are people making with their produce? Also, I'd like to see more "heirloom"-type produce. We moved here this summer and only started going to the market in Sept., so maybe missed the heirloom tomatoes?? Were there any???

Coppell Farmer's Market This week will be your last chance for lettuces from Elliott Grows, like Dark LollaRossa, Bronze Arrow, Butterhead, Buttercrunch, MultiTango, and Arugula. They are bringing everything they've got left. Last week for Alaska Salmon, and last opportunity for anything until January 16. It's been a great 2009 season - than...ks to all the growers and vendors, and to all of you, for making it another great year!

I'm excited. These market days will help the long, dark winter feel much shorter...at least for me. I'm looking forward to attending.
