Costa Mesa Library Foundation The Costa Mesa Library Foundation will have a booth at this year's Fish Fry. Please stop by and pick up material or ask questions about our plans for a new central library in Costa Mesa. We will also be having a free raffle for a great basket of new books and audio CDs.
