WSU Island County Extension While we still struggle to get a logo that is recognizable for this page :), we wanted to let you know we're hosting a small, informal class this afternoon at 2:15 at the Deer Lagoon Grange. It will cover the basics of how a blog works and how to engage with our new one, devoted to Family, Farm & Food!

WSU Island County Extension In addition to the festival, WSU Island County Extension is also getting ready for the fair. Our 4-H'ers are especially excited about next week. If you're interested in locally raised beef, lamb, goat, or pork for your freezer, check out their Livestock Auction, Saturday, August 15th, noon at the Island County Fairgrounds.

Please join us for art, wine, cheese, lavender, vendors, music and more! Held 10-5 both days. Free admission, but many wonderful goods offered for sale by vendors.
