Cowango Studios Second Saturday in Lower Town is going to be hopping this month. Come join us at Cowango Studios to get a taste of Mexico and other worldly locales. We're also participating in Art, Artists, and Authors with featured author Berry Craig and his book, "True Tales of Old-Time Kentucky Politics: Bombast, Bourbon & Burgoo.” He'll be here from 3:00pm - 6:00pm on this Saturday, November 12.

This prestigious competition has grown to include more artists than in the past and represents the diversity of work being produced by artists of the Midwest. Submissions are accepted from Interstate 80 south to the tip of Illinois and from regional metropolit...an areas, including Evansville, Indiana; Paducah, Kentucky; and St. Louis, Missouri. The exhibition runs from August 8 - October 18, 2009 in the Cedarhurst Center for the Arts in Mt. Vernon, IL. The opening reception and awards ceremony will be held Friday August 7 at 5:30pm.
