Patrice Duvall Mitsubishi Van Reg No FP 9226 cleaned up a parked car in Tolosa St last week (rear ended it and caused damage) and scarpered. Told Police who said the plates are registered to a Corolla. Nothing happened, have seen the van a couple of times in Glenorchy since with what would seem illegal plates. But....who cares?
