Nina Hey Lisa....I love the new website, it's bright, neat, clean, easy to navigate and also very well done. I've seen that some pages still need to be built but I understand that is underway. It's also great to see that the shopping cart is included in the site. :)

Cultured Expressions The 10th Annual PanAfrican Conference at Principia was excellent! The students did a great job of celebrating the more uplifting, inspiring aspects of The Continent. Loved the Guest House (picture me in the all-night kitchen making tea at 1am...just like home ; ) Hope to visit again soon- next time I'll bring Glen. Congratulations to Darline, Cliff, Bente & the Board members -thanks for including CE.

Cultured Expressions We're getting a great reaction to my article in American Quilter magazine, as well as the free handbag project on their website (see the turquoise bag thumbnail a few posts down...) No wonder I didn't have time to make my apple pastry thing that I've been craving for two days now ; ) Maybe tomorrow...

Leslie Lisa: The new Jacquard sampler pack I ordered and you sent is even more spectacular than the last. I could not have hand-picked pieces that I liked better. I just wish I could buy yard lengths of some of them. Thanks! Leslie

Hi Leslie - I fee that way about every 7" pack! Yup, this one is a winner, mostly including stuff I just brought back from GH the other day. In fact, you very likely CAN buy them by the yard - give me a good idea of the colors & yardage you want and I can send a few digital shots. Or since you have the pack, you can send the photo(s) to me instead and i'll check the yardage. $12.75 per yard, 48/50" wide...
