Thanks so much, Kevin. That really means a lot. Been trying to get down in this basement for a while now and I'm just happy it's coming together... You'll have to come up and see it in a few weeks. Once I get back from Biloxi next week I want to stop by and check out your new crib!!

Yeah 8-5 it's a design studio. 5:01 - 7:59 it's gonna be a pretty sick game/media room. Funny thing is I'm only going to enjoy the latter for the next 7 months or so...so.... the sooner the better! Hahaha!!

Yep Double duty, Jason and Adam volunteered to baby while we all go out. I thought that was nice of them.

Who is Marc Satterfield and Joel Aultman?

You know Marc - he was formerly with The Graphic Edge. Has been a bit of a "mentor" to me and will handle training, new sales initiatives, creative direction/management, etc. Have him on part time right now and Joel will become a p/t employee as well within the next month or so. Right now he's a subcontractor. He was a referral from my friend, TJ, and his helping me with design. Marc is also a licensed electrician and will be assisting me with the finishing of the basement.

Are you going to close off the HVAc units and make the wall straight around them ??. Looks cool though man I like it !!!!! If you want to on saturday we could pop lines down there to get a layout and measurement ( so you can order wicked awesome office furniture )

Hey - yeah I measured everything out. The HVAC (right now) is where the couch is (shown) and it's going directly on the other side of the wall in front of where Heather's car is parked. Having it moved on Wednesday. Going to frame them up to get them out of the room entirely and off the ground. It'll open up a lot more space in there b/c right now ... Read Moreit takes up the entire space where the couch is. I have most of the furniture I need but I feel a good shopping trip to IKEA coming within the next month :)

Oh and the red rectangles are for new electrical outlets to be put in (this week, by Marc). Wall paint will probably be a neutral gray (2-tone maybe?), stained cement floor, with a drop ceiling and fan in the center of the room.
