Jaynie Hughes-Tarrant I am interested in the Raleigh Urban 3 ladies. It has front suspension. How much power do you lose on the road by having front suspension. Also if I order from cycles uk, does it arrive boxed and is it easy to put it together? Also is there a help line as these things are never straight forward. Any advice very much appreciated.
