Cyclewise Just finished a crackin weekend ladies skills course. All the girls were flying on the last descent today and "keepin it lit". Nice one ladies...great weekend.
Cyclewise Top day out on Thursday in Coniston with the University guys...although they don't make them like they use too....after just 25km riding they all needed a lovely little snooze on the way home...aaarrr little lambs
